Pros

My manager did not check up on me for six months. She was MIA and the rest of the team didn't care because their draws were so high.

Cons

CRM System: The customer relationship management (CRM) system in place was frequently unreliable, impacting productivity and efficiency. Training: The training provided was minimal, which made it difficult to acclimate to the company’s processes and expectations effectively. Management and Support: There was a noticeable lack of management presence and support. Over the course of a year, I had limited interactions with my manager outside of scheduled team meetings, which impacted guidance and professional development.

Pros

They have no pros, just amateurs.

Cons

They still dont have an updated benefits manual for 2024 more than half way through the year. Signed me into a longer than usual contract without me knowing. Very deceptive operation, I will never work through them again!!!!
