Poor Management, No HR Department, No Rules of engagement. There’s a draw salary and you’re in debt from day 1. There’s no ramp up period for people that are new to the recruiting side of things. I got hired right before Christmas and began being hounded about performance in Feb and I hadn't had time to get any real clients. Super shady business practices, example- sending someones resume and to a client without their knowledge. Also, they praise the ground that Heidi walks on so if you don’t want to drink the kool aid then you’ll always feel like an outcast. This is the strangest company I have ever worked for that literally puts worthless trinkets and crap before their people. Also, diversity is a lie their may be 4 people of under represented ethnicities at Jobot. If they contact you run in the other direction as fast at you can.
