Cons

• Significant gap between hiring promises and day to day reality • Compensation structures, bonuses, and benefits are subject to change with limited notice • High turnover among managers, directors, and senior leadership • Limited transparency around company health and long term strategy • Frequent restructuring that creates uncertainty and role instability • Verbal assurances are not always reflected in written agreements or outcomes • Accountability often flows downward rather than upward • Culture prioritizes loyalty and optics over open dialogue and course correction • Managers are often tasked with absorbing the impact of decisions they did not make • Elevated risk of burnout due to shifting expectations and unclear direction

Pros

Cons

Management lies to employees, recently tried to sneak a non compete into our employment agreement after selling us on never having a non compete for 5 years.

Pros

Good colleagues, tools, atonomy and ability to be successful if you land on the right team and can navigate or be shielded from a toxic culture

Cons

ALOT, around toxic culture, toxic leadership, no ongoing coaching/training to continue to develop those who get promoted to become great managers/leaders, and being open to honest feedback.
