Honestly, there is none. They have no incentives.

Cons

Management is trash. They have no respect for you and will using unmotivating tactics to “motivate” you and gaslight you that you are not doing your job. Pay is trash, micromanagement to the t. I am surprised they didn’t ask what color underwear i was using. All they care about is their revenue and not about their employees and what can be done to help improve your job. Their healthcare is also trash, you get high medical bills just for labs alone.

We really try to allow people the flexibility they need and allow them to grow and succeed without micromanaging but it sounds like you feel you had a different experience. Not many pros but if I had to pull out one is that there is no micromanaging. That just meant that everyone else could slack on their responsibilities and throw it off to others who actually cared.

Cons

Pay is horrible with a lot of stress. Everyone seems to dump their responsibilities to the recruiters. Zero direction, whenever you would reach out to corporate they gave zero to no answers and just wanted to push problems under the rug. When I say zero training I mean zero training they throw you in a office and pretty much say good luck.
