      CorTech has many reasons why this is one of the best companies to work for. Managers understand, everyone is available to help, great pay, amazing resources, and they have a very professional and fun atmosphere. The list goes on and the longer you work here the more you realize this is second to none.

      - No micromanagement - Great work-life balance - Lots of room for growth - Solutions Oriented - Great Team-Work Environment Overall, a great environment for people that want to do their work and be left alone. You're almost operating as if you're an entrepreneur. With that being said you have to have to know how to rely on yourself for discipline, motivation and to be goal oriented.
