CEO, his father the CFO, low salaries, family business in the worst way, anyone with real experience has left, leaving children with little or no experience for the CEO to micro-manage, which he does with relish. It's not a "start-up" when it's 16 years old. The CEO has no other full-time work experience except this company, and his father doesn't know how to be a CFO. The CEO creates a borderline hostile environment, which is only less amusing than him and his father yelling at each other behind the thin closed door.
