Pros

As another reviewer mentioned, Jobscience is not for the 9-5 clock punchers out there; instead, it both breeds and requires absolute love and dedication of the company. Those that thrive here are self-motivated, creative, and insanely smart. Poor attitudes and laziness won't cut it here, so be prepared to work with the best group of people you've ever met- hands down. Give it your all, the Jobscience will take care of you. I'm certain the bad reviews on here are from former employees that just can't function in this highly-unstructured environment. If you need lots of handholding, this is not the place for you. However, if you thrive on change, rapid iteration, and collaboration, this is for you! Something about this company gets under your skin and really makes you want to work your butt off to see it succeed. Plus, you're working on Salesforce, which is great in every way, and the culture is fun, modern, and friendly. The workday goes by quickly!

Cons

The above said...Jobscience likes to change direction too quickly. We have little focus, and the scattered product design and lack of UX testing shows it. Those comments noting that a lot of time is spent placating customers or trying to explain away the product's "quirks" ring true, and it gets old fast. Rather than address these problems, the company either "band-aids" or just ignores them- often in favor of some new, half-baked feature full of its own set of issues. Employees end up paying for it in time and stress, yet nothing seems to change. You know the old Einstein quote..."Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Be prepared to bang your head on your desk and fight unnecessary fires. I'd call this "growing pains," but we're not a new company and we're not growing that rapidly. We just don't learn.

Pros

As the company is still small but growing fast, you can really be noticed and make a difference. Everyone works together to get results and people are always willing to step out of their defined job roles to get something done rather than put barriers in your way. The product is advancing at an amazing rate and has the unbeatable Salesforce platform supporting it.

Cons

As a small company everyone is always very busy and sometimes you have to chase co-workers for responses or action items. Some areas could use more process, although this is being worked towards.
