Very cultish with he "family, family, family" nonsense. Its a dying company and brand.

Great coworkers. Loved my team when they still worked there.

Cons

“Family” cult dynamic. Always says “we are family” then does the opposite of what one would do to a family member. Invests heavily in community outreach but doesn't invest in their employees (awful pay). Upper IT started outsourcing jobs rather than keeping good hard workers in the office.
