You have great experience with your co-workers and some of the management.

Cons

The newer management that came to US is terrible. They have no people skills, cultural advancement or understanding. They had a super strong team in US when they just opened up - but the last 2 years have gone the wrong direction. Everyone that cared for the company is out.

Abusive company, stealing our tips, and you have to work by yourself

Met some cool people, other than than nothing else.

Cons

Stolen tips, bullying by managers when they make a mistake they blame on others, managers exually harassing females, no breaks for long hours, understaff, you have to work by yourself when there are so much customers.
