Pros

You have the chance to eat the failed sandwiches you’ve made. In addition, it’s pretty easy to get in contact with higher-ups if you were to have an issue.

Cons

When applying for this position there was a group interview resulting in the hiring manager not remembering who I was. Before the training each day you’re required to study for your food handlers certificate however, for reasons later known I wasn’t notified by my training manager. My manager refusing to inform me resulted in the prolonging of the certification process and diminished my chances at getting the job. You’re also required to memorize how to make 74 items within 4 days. During training itself I was yelled at and tormented resulting in the inability to stop weeping. Eventually I was told I was too difficult to work with despite proving my ability to remember and assemble 74 items . On my last day of training the manager, Pasang, said that she didn’t hire black people. Ultimately, don’t work for this company if you’re a minority and if you have a history of verbal abuse.

Pros

You meet a lot of different people here around the city. It's a very urban company, and I noticed that they hire a lot of young adults.

Cons

Young adults/ teenagers run the company. My SWOT manager who would regularly visit our store was 19 years old and undoubtedly premature. The work culture is too unprofessional, if you are a woman, be wary of any men in leadership positions. Directors and management attempt to make up for the low compensation with work culture, hosting events with free but watered-down alcohol. All it is is a temporary job, they don't actually care about workers here.
