Pros

More stable industry then others, most employees staying long-term. One product line benefits the other usually both don't go down at the same time (Agriculture and Construction)

Cons

Slow to respond or change according to market, very difficult to move internally without having a strong sponsor or knowing someone. Much lower pay compared to other industries/companies while asking for performance at or above those companies.
