Pros

Excellent company culture, lots of friendly people to work with who very helpful. Well documented processes and controls for the job.

Cons

Lack of trust with company leadership. C-Suite executives very unattached from what employees work on and sometimes it feels like our work isn’t appreciated by them.

Pros

Low stress, good work/life balance

Cons

Mass layoffs, projects can get boring, contractors don't have benefits like PTO, 401k match, etc., and contractors are the first to go in layoffs.
