As I have been with the company for some time, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing our remarkable growth and success over the years. One of the aspects I truly appreciate is how we are encouraged to think independently and make decisions that propel our progress. My job has evolved over the years due to the nature of supply chain software and our company.

Cons

The nature of Supply Chain software is the constant change. It is not for everyone.

It was great getting to work with so many smart and friendly people at John Galt. Throughout planning and organizing the company team events I was welcomed to join in and was always treated like one of the family - everyone was professional and friendly and fun. It was a wonderful place to work with a lot of happy employees who are definitely well taken care of and I look forward to working with Anne and her team again in the future!

Cons

Because the team is spread out all over the globe, organizing surprise/last minutes events and flights could sometime be tricky but never impossible!
