Pros

I've been with the company for two years, and it's been a rewarding experience. The team is cohesive, engaging, and supportive, making remote work seamless. The leadership is talented, knowledgeable, and approachable. It's an exciting environment where we all strive for innovation and continually push ourselves to achieve better results.

Cons

Working remotely across different time zones can be challenging at times, and I wish there were more opportunities to meet in person throughout the year. The team's strong communication helps to mitigate these challenges, but I think more in-person gatherings could further strengthen our connections and collaboration.
