JPA is an antiquated firm stuck in the 70s. Prospective clients know it and don't like it. Staff (below senior management) has great design ideas which are regularly ignored. Talented junior staff is used as worker monkeys and rendering farms. Their talents are largely wasted.
Senior staff does not care to teach junior staff. Careers come to a grinding halt while working at JPA. Much of the staff is quitting - most recently, a principal.
Personal lives and good health are not important to management. Work/life balance is extremely poor.
HR staff is incompetent and never seems to communicate accurate benefits information.
