1.Good and Co-operative place to work. 2.Growth based on performance 3.No Politics 4.If you are smart and efficient you will grow.

Cons

1.Extra Working hours in Field engineering, without any OT. 2.Project planning and management is not that effective as we plan delivery date without any/partial review and to meet this date we need to work 9 am to 9 pm daily. 3.Poor work-life balance

Pros

Was in the ASC team in Richardson/Plano. Very lax environment and company culture is really nice. You can go an entire day doing absolutely nothing but some days it can be non-stop work but even that isn't bad. Nice co-workers and helpful team to help you with any issues.

Cons

Dysfunctional training/meetings and documentation is unorganized for some engineering work. No bonuses or merits, unless you consider a pat on the back as one. Little to no room for growth unless you go corporate. Unequal sense of work vs return ethics. High turn-over rate.
