Pros
Work life balance. There are ups and down period, overall its a good environment. Safety culture is good.
Cons
Not easy to learn older generations. Different engineer different work attitude and ways of doing it, so when you work with different people you need to work differently else they would start to comment on everything you do. Not easy to please.
