People; fiscal management; Fiscal Stability.

Cons

Management was very, very bad. Reported to HR; they were not helpful. Division is being run very badly from a strategic and professional standpoint. Was happy to leave. Other parts of JCI may be okay, but not this one. Don't have a lot of respect or great reputation in the marketplace.
