Companyhas 5 days working. Other Benefits like Health Insurance, Travel Allowance, accommodations are really good. The Nos. of leaves are around 36 excluding saturday sundays and national holidays

Cons

Work load is very high. Salary increment is not good. You will Hardly get Work Life balance. Working Time is not good. Though we have so many leaves but could not use it fully. Management of my department is dominating. if we raise any issue, then they try to dominate you instead of giving any solution.
