Everything else. Management doesn't lead properly. Management is too busy focusing on profits for their bonuses vs giving their field team the tools they need to be successful. Limited hours and TERRIBLE pay/ Raises. a year raise? 50C at most. Go get backflow certs and NICET 2 in sprinkler? you get a 5C raise and a good job. Doesn't matter if you achieve records, Get certifications or even help out in the office on off days. I would not recommend JCI. A billion dollar company and they care only about numbers and taking as much as possible from their customers.

At times the requirements to receive top level raises year over year are difficult to navigate.
