Business Outlook
Pros
Large global corporation with jobs in commercial HVAC, Building management, and provider of security products and services. Maybe too big in some ways, but I think it all depends upon your local management and job role. Very good products and good at providing support to customers. Good corporate citizen, but big enough to get lost in.
Cons
Laborious internal processes (as with most big companies) and going though constant change last few years after merger with Tyco, and divestment of a number of other businesses (Batteries, Car seats etc..).
