Still run by corporate policies. Management has their hands tied on many decisions that may restrict growth. Can be impersonal at times. Place is so large you'll be meeting long time employees years after starting. Management is also in so many meetings it will be difficult to schedule a time to speak with some people. Supervisors are doing a great job and are very open though.

training is on yourself like self-study, don't expect training courses at the workshop and no training plan for you. no cares about you. no increment for talented engineers or technicians.
