      Pros

      Pay very well for performers. If you are regularly beating your goals no one bothers you. Very flexible hours. They never give you a hard time about entertaining customers.

      Cons

      A lot of corporate BS. Sales people are ultimately responsible for everything. Constantly have to push the rest of the organization forward. Very archaic systems mean that you spent more time than you should booking and designing projects.

      Horrible Management. 60 plus hours a week. Work most Saturdays.

      Johnson Controls has all the resources of a big company and has an extensive benefits package, including a company car and company phone. Well-known in the HVAC industry.

      Cons

      Management is sometimes disorganized due to high-turnover. High-turnover happens because staff is often underpaid compared to the rest of the HVAC industry, and there's high pressure to meet numbers which aren't always met.
