Pros

Employment location in Holland is fantastic. Facilities and fellow colleagues are a plus. Intelligent and problem solving individuals at this location

Cons

Pay level for engineering is less than other area employers. Benefit package continues to become less with more employee cost. Cost of living raise delayed this year due to merger/buy of Tyco.

Pros

Decent Pay and Bonus structure, Good Benefits, Perks, and HQ was a nice proximity to where I lived. Reasonable travel expense allowances.

Cons

Excessive work load and travel requirements equated expectations to having two full time jobs. Targets were unclear and overproducing against agreed upon targets was met with revised targets being increased repeatedly midstream. Who you knew appeared to be more important than what you knew and your performance to goals. Flat managerial structure lent itself to an uber-competitive political environment. Very bureaucratic.
