      401k, pension, medical ins, overtime

      Cons

      Too much overtime as a hourly employee . It will burn you out. One day off , 13 days on rotating year round.

      With the legacy of over 100 years in manufacturing, the potentials to embrace technology and innovations is huge. A few bright minds within the company, when encountered with, foster that belief often.

      Cons

      Shift in priorities too often, Lack of thought leadership, Very old school career building model, funds being mis-utilized across programs/projects, quite a few of the leaders are more active building and maintaining relationships instead of driving innovations and promote business values, moderate compensation and benefit package, very very challenging atmosphere top plan for immediate, mid and long term career.
