      Top Notch employees and very good/loyal customer base

      Pros

      Lower level management and employees are dedicated, knowledgeable and strive to do their best.

      Cons

      Director level management tries to do the right thing but have a fear of retaliation from VP and above. As a result, it is customary that 50+ hour work weeks are expected due to date driven corporate initiatives. JCI also thinks nothing of staff reductions as a primary tool to meet Wall Street expectations.
