      Solid financial perfromance, stability in majority of departments, international options to develop career. Support education and mainly overall pros of a fortune 200 company

      Lack of organizational developlement culture, poor techonology approach, strong silo approach in most areas/ business units, lack of support from leaders to develop tools to help employees to suceed

      Pros

      Company used to be the unmatched experts in facility management for high technology customers. There were good opportunities to advance for employees willing to relocate to a new customer location.

      Cons

      Company destroyed the business by making it a commodity, then selling the entire operation to CB Richard Ellis. Hopefully CBRE was able to restore the expertise.
