The culture has a lot to improve, conservative managers that have a tendency to discriminate. Bad salary.

Management is unorganized and not trained to help employees, at all. There are some good managers there, but most of them don't care. (This was in the call-center). Due to high turnover rates, the employees who did stay there - were forced to work multiple different departments - essentially overworking their staff who was knowledgeable in more than one department. New employees with no knowledge were getting paid more than the employees who have been there for years and were promoted into a high department. -Would Not Recommend
