If you are a Johnson Controls employee, you are treated well. However, if you work for York etc. You are treated like the red headed stepchild. They do not care about your experience etc. they only care about bottom line and how much they can take away from you. I was making over $200K and a year later, they changed the commission plan.

There is not much pressure.
