Great team environment where everyone supports each other. Expectations are not that high as long as you follow Company procedures.
Cons
Department is totally mismanaged with the learning team reporting to marketing. Training is not valued; it is merely a checklist item. This is not the place to advance your ID skills. Don't expect raises and annual salary increases are below 2.5%.
