Pros
The best thing I can think of, is that it’s given me a way to sharpen my professional skills for the next job. That’s literally it.
Cons
Everything is always unorganized, stressful and chaotic to say the least. They don’t pay anywhere near enough to make it worth it either. I have been doing the job of 2 people for almost four years now, with very minimal help. Unreal. No work life balance because when I am off and tending to my life, work is still blowing up my phone all the time.
