Typical large corporate benefits Wide range of product and service offerings

Cons

Significant installation and service delays due to inability to attract quality Techs resulting in wide spread customer dissatisfaction. Account Execs must spend considerable time putting out fires and dealing with billing issues. Ever shifting sales metrics deemed more important than actual revenue ;production.

Pros

Pay was decent and the hours were good. The move to work from home during 2020 was nice.

Cons

Management personnel that is the level above your direct supervisor (and beyond) is out of touch. They do not understand the value you provide, but are more than happy to silo you in to the position until it is time to reduce the headcount. Move-up opportunities within the company are almost always filled by outside hires.
