If you say your opinion on e.g. what is not working well, we look for ways together how to improve workplace.

Cons

I would not say challenges connected to working there as a company. There may be day to day challenges which turn up and then are solved - e.g. work distribution = if someone is overloaded, it means there is some space for re-distribution of work. Till then, it is challenging. (But maybe I am just lucky, it is not in all departments the same)

Pros

The people are great and will help work through any issues that come up. Day to day interactions are friendly and there is a great support community. There is a lot of movement in the organization so there is some opportunity for advancement, but you really have to work for it.

Cons

The leadership is very strongly focused on financial metrics and operations focus. There is not much of a bottom up approach to getting things done the right way. It is a struggle to get focus on technology and the correct technical solutions to problems. There are directives pushed down and a constant drive to be more budget focused and cost effective and to stay on schedule.

Cons

Involve too much business trip due to the core of the job duties for a project Engineer. a lot over time at project handover periods.
