      Pros

      - multinational where you can really extend your skills and knowhere, where you can learn and grow

      Cons

      - if you work in a HQ role (or European HQ role), things are more easy to grow in the company. If you work in a local branch, it is a complete different life and not that easy - continuous SG&A cost cuting projects, cutting to and sometimes even in the bone of the employees. - due to very high senior management rotation, the strategy and tactics change quite often

      If you say your opinion on e.g. what is not working well, we look for ways together how to improve workplace.

      Cons

      I would not say challenges connected to working there as a company. There may be day to day challenges which turn up and then are solved - e.g. work distribution = if someone is overloaded, it means there is some space for re-distribution of work. Till then, it is challenging. (But maybe I am just lucky, it is not in all departments the same)

      good team work and technical support from the management level. developed technologies and internal training are conducted all the time for staffs. working time flexible.

      Cons

      Involve too much business trip due to the core of the job duties for a project Engineer. a lot over time at project handover periods.
