      Pros

      It depends who do you work for and with, they may make you feel home and more than welcomed, or they may micro-manage your breath in order for him/her to get promoted. I worked for several years there where I enjoyed every moment I spent at JCI. In my first role, I grew up a lot. However, once I moved to a corporate role, my manager was all about "himself". More than happy yo throw you under the bus, in order for him to shine... So, mixed feelings.

      Cons

      Again, if you work for the Corporate Department, expect crazy politics and unprofessional behavior from some of the leadership.

      Easy work, 40 hour week, fun coworkers.

      Management lacks skills to manage business, lack of strategy and direction, getting blind-sided by other managers.

      Disappointing - not what I expected

      Pros

      Being in FM / real estate business, offices are pleasant as you would expect. Some great people in the organisation and at the very top of organisation Blue chip clients Doing well inspite of economic climate

      Cons

      Very hierachical / political at senior /middle / account director management level - jobs for the boys(and girls)! Compensation package not commensurate with with what's expected - mostly take and very little give Poor work /life balance - expected to be online around the clock - holidays, weekends, attending a funeral, hospital.... People are treated as a disposable commodity
