      This is a conservative company that will be around for a long time to come. They have some brilliant marketing people.

      Cons

      You will be put in one situation after another where the company fails to deliver as promised and the employee is left holding the bag.

      robust growth in the auto seating business, account for more than 32% market share in China auto seating industry, currently ranking No.1

      Cons

      lack of enough resource to sustain the rapid growth. the holding company opens lots of branches around China, but there is not rich HR resource to support that.
