People had lack of motivation

Pay is lethargic compared to the rest of the industry to begin with, and the game of musical chairs they play with comp plan changes from year to year means you cannot really thrive and build your business in a way that will be consistent...which means your pay will be inconsistent. The demanding environment from local management who are openly preparing to leave and become a competitor is a joke. More, More, More, More... but when you need a boss for an approval or for guidance get in line. Chances are others have been waiting ahead of you for a few days. The biggest con has to be the number of very upset clients you develop, which will ruin your own reputation and make it more challenging when you are trying to leave or move on. There is no culture of appreciation. Sell all you can, but do not expect to ever be thanked. Ever. Bring in the big sale, and the next question you will be asked is why is it not a big sale. The office politics are as to be expected, maybe a tad worse. Having a manager with extreme ADHD makes things very interesting and challenging.
