The management team and employees are part of a "good old boy club" that looks out only for themselves and will lie just to get you to do what they want. Often screwing over workers on prevailing wage—which is illegal, look it up. Everyone's too busy stabbing each other in the back, obsessed with finding out what their coworkers make, instead of creating a supportive work environment. Zero transparency.
