      * Remote * Pay was decent

      Cons

      * Just when you think you are doing well, they change everything and you have to learn it yesterday and your KPIs take a dump. * Your thoughts and ideas do not matter. Do what your told, or else! * You're sick? Too bad. Get to work. There is no such thing as flex time. * Out for maternity leave? You had better perform as soon as you start back and know all 200+ changes that happened while you were out, or else! * Dictatorship, animosity between managers, branches, and branch management.

      Mediocre performers get promoted while accomplished individuals overlooked. Broken system and broken teams.

      Don't trust management

      Cons

      Bad management team, constantly lying. Promotions are not skill based instead on who you know. Lots of double speak, senior manager either out of touch or doesn't care about moral . Witness to backstabbing in management. Personally tried to get pulled in but refused to feed into the chaos.
