Used to be a very good place to work but during the time the ethics went rapidly down towards employees. No possibility to get a promotion for a good work unless you "kiss somebody's ass" to get higher. Being from low cost country is a major disadvantage in all aspects of work - getting worst tasks, being overload, no market level pay.

Too much red tape. Not enough investment. Behind the times with regards to electronic reporting or lack of it.
