I worked for a company similar to JCI then management changed and so did our work lives. JCI took me back to that old atmosphere. Management, at least those I have met, truly seem to care about you. I don't need praise or recognition to do my job, but it's given nonetheless. The ability to be heard makes this place feel like a much smaller company, from ideas to constructive criticism, it's all accepted. Great Benefits, Pay, Work-to-Life Balance, and Culture. Take-home vehicle. Company phone, laptop, CC. Little oversight. Ability to stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
