A big corporate machine that only cares about checking boxes and looking good to investors. Constantly hiring employees and laying people off. They have had layoffs the last four years. The values are clearly not what they should be to have good, talented, people working there. If you are considering employment, let this be stepping stone while you search for something better.

There has been drastic change among senior leadership and re-orgs that have left teams not understanding their remit. Some leaders were forced out but many really good ones leaving because of the chaos. Also, major cuts among some very experienced talent. Seems to be disproportionately older workers. Lack of confidence in current leadership. Proceed with caution.
