Didn't support paperwork or visa after comiting

Pros

no bonus/commissions or pay raise. even after working for 2 years as they were changing managers quite often I didn't get performance reviews evaluation from managers.

Cons

Committed to start visa filing process and completely denied later on even though my performance reviews were great.
