      JCI was a great company to work for until the layoffs

      Pros

      Great collaborative management team, great work environment with a nice Work/Life Balance. Multiple Projects were challenging but there was a wealth of experience to draw from.

      Cons

      Due to layoffs I was not there long enough to discover any cons. I would return if the opportunity presented its self
