Good potential for upward mobility. Always trying to stay ahead of a highly technical industry. Sometimes this causes growing pains, but overall this is handled well.

Cons

Very large company. It takes a while to right the ship or change course, but it is a consistent goal to become a better company. The health benefits stink, but they're par for the course
