leadership chain has some solid individuals but is lead by an erratic site manager.

The co workers Hours Overtime.tou will need to do this to be able to live

Cons

Pay is the biggest of all .just above min wage for what you are expected is absolutely ridiculous . Management have no time for you. There way or no way even if it's the wrong way. Treated as kids and management have no time for you. Only interested in how fast you can work and make them money
