Despite the inherent drawbacks of adjunct instruction, JCCC is a great place to teach. Outstanding training is available, top-notch technical support if offered, and, compared to other institutions, the pay is reasonable.

Cons

No access to insurance for part-time professors. Little to no opportunity for full-time positions.
