- Great community - Great people work here - World class contemporary art museum - Many awesome professors - Incredible and dedicated staff - Many students who go on to universities have told me the educational and career resources at JCCC exceed the same departments at the universities they attend. Especially the math resource center. - Employee and student safety is a top priority, and it shows. - A lot of really hard working students
Cons
- Limited upward mobility for many positions on campus - Upper management in the dining services department do not understand the demographic they serve (student body & employees) at the community college. They are out of sync with their employes and their primary focus is on their own pockets. - I have heard many complaints from museum guards and employees about unprofessional behavior by the management of the museum.
