Your mileage may vary... depending on where you work in the college you can have different experiences. I've had three jobs at the college. Overall, great people to work with, you make lifelong friends. Convenient if you're also taking classes there.

Cons

Pay is decent for part-time college jobs. Depending on where you are in the hierarchy, there is usually a lot of red tape around raises and hiring more people if you're understaffed.
