Pros
They provide excellent benefits. As an employee you have free access to a well equipped rec center, library, and online training courses. All management in my department were friendly and approachable. The campus is a very pleasant environment. The on-boarding process was thorough and made me excited to work there. I received a raise, even during a hiring freeze.
Cons
I would hear of conflicts in other departments and administration that sounded petty and political. They often have hiring freezes, but continue to post job opportunities.
